There is one thing that I don't think anyone can resist. One such treat that almost everyone likes - small and large, children and adults. Not only gourmands will be tempted by him, but also fussy eaters. All you need is one magic word: ICE CREAM. It is definitely time for them. The sun is shining more and more and it is slowly getting hot. And probably no dessert, like ice cream, will satisfy the thirst (especially for children) for something cold, sweet and refreshing at the same time.
However, which ice cream should you choose? Which will guarantee that, along with the tasty dessert, a whole series of enhancers will not go to children's bellies? The answer is simple! The ones we do ourselves!
And believe me, it's not at all difficult. However, if you still have doubts, here are some tips on how to do them. We have tested the recipes that we will present ourselves in our kindergarten. We chose our favorite flavors with the children, i.e. mango and strawberry. One in the sorbet version, the other in the milk version. This way, everyone can eat their favorite. And what is important - you can change the fruit you choose into your favorite one.
Mango ice cream
one ripe mango
about 50 g of honey
150 ml of water
the juice of half a lemon
Boil the water (here you will need the vigilant eye of an adult), add chopped mango and honey. We mix thoroughly. Finally, add lemon juice - thanks to it, the taste of the sorbet will be refreshing. Pour everything into containers or special ice cream molds and put in the freezer for a few hours. They can also be left there overnight. And it's ready!
Orange Cream Ice Cream
2 large oranges
2 yolks
2 proteins
1 heavy cream (200-250 ml)
about 150g of honey
Blend the oranges and drain the juice in a strainer. In one pot, beat the egg yolks, beat the egg whites in the other and the cream in the third. Then slowly combine the ingredients together, gently mixing them with a spoon. At the end, add oranges and honey. Put in the freezer for a few hours. Enjoy your meal!
Strawberry ice cream
500 g of strawberries
about 150 g of honey
200 ml of milk (we recommend it without lactose)
the juice of half a lemon
Boil the milk (here you will need the vigilant eye of an adult again), add strawberries and honey. We mix thoroughly. Finally, add lemon juice. As above, pour everything into containers or special ice-cream molds and put it in the freezer for a few hours. They can also be left there overnight. And another ice cream is ready!
You can experiment with such ice cream. Replace fruit, replace ordinary milk with soy or coconut or natural yoghurt. Honey seems to be the healthiest, but sugar, e.g. cane sugar, can also be used in similar proportions. Lemon enhances the flavor of the ice cream and breaks the sweetness, but adding it is not a must. So - as you can see, the only limitation here is your imagination.
Such ice cream preparation is not only the certainty that we will eat something tasty. It is also a great way to spend time together, gain new experiences, and also a chance to develop children's interests. Therefore, call the children to the kitchen and give yourself such a little pleasure. Enjoy your meal!
