I initiate and support the process of implementing innovative educational and upbringing solutions. I believe that education cannot exist without relationships, so I try to ensure that our projects involve the entire preschool community: children, parents and teachers.
I make every effort to give our kids a Superpower that will open all doors for them in the future, give them complete freedom in choosing their own path. Knowledge of foreign languages will give them confidence and allow them to enter a world that can become better thanks to them.
I make sure that the quality of teaching in our kindergartens is at the highest level. Therefore, I support, help and motivate teachers on an ongoing basis. I indicate and help in choosing the best teaching and upbringing methods depending on the needs of children.
Continuous improvement is an integral part of the teaching profession. Today, a teacher must be versatile, so I inspire, motivate and support teachers. Together, we care for the development of our pupils, having an individual approach to each of them.
I was educated in Poland and Denmark. I deal with prophylaxis, training and consulting in the area of proper development, upbringing, bond building and communication. In my work, I draw mainly from the experiences of positive psychology, cognitive science and neuroscience.
In the Orange Ciuchcia, we focus on conscious, healthy eating, so I make sure that our menu meets all the standards for proper nutrition for children and teaches healthy habits. We prepare meals in our own kitchens. I supervise and support our chefs on an ongoing basis so that the quality of the dishes is at the highest level.
