I am a preschool and early childhood education teacher. I am passionate about development (including personal development) and grassroots change in education. I graduated from SWPS University of Social Sciences and Humanities and graduated from the School of Educational Leaders. I am a trainer for TUS-TSS and critical thinking. I am a positive discipline educator for parents and teachers. I am a practitioner of the Kids' Skills – I Can Do It and I'm Proud of You methods. For over 10 years, I have been supporting children and adults in discovering their true potential and abilities. I believe that the foundation for each of us is a relationship based on empathy and respect, and an approach focused on solutions, resources, and potential.

Psycholog, psychotraumatolog, koordynator zespołu psychologów w Przedszkolach Pomarańczowa Ciuchcia

Jestem absolwentką Wydziału Psychologii Uniwersytetu Warszawskiego ze specjalnością Psychologia Kliniczna Dziecka i Rodziny. Ukończyłam również studia z Psychotraumatologii, Psychosomatyki oraz Stosowanej Analizy Zachowania na Uniwersytecie SWPS. Doświadczenie zawodowe zdobywałam m.in. w Centrum Zdrowia Dziecka, Instytucie Matki i Dziecka, na oddziałach psychiatrycznych Dziecięcego Szpitala Klinicznego oraz w Instytucie Psychiatrii i Neurologii w Warszawie, gdzie zajmowałam się diagnozą i wsparciem dzieci oraz ich rodzin. Jestem koordynatorem zespołu psychologów w Przedszkolach Pomarańczowa Ciuchcia. Prowadzę szkolenia oraz warsztaty dla rodziców i dzieci, wspierając ich w codziennych wyzwaniach wychowawczych i rozwojowych. Regularnie podnoszę swoje kwalifikacje, aby pracować w oparciu o aktualną wiedzę i sprawdzone metody. W pracy z dziećmi najważniejsze jest dla mnie budowanie poczucia bezpieczeństwa, zrozumienie emocji i potrzeb stojących za zachowaniem oraz wzmacnianie naturalnych kompetencji dziecka i rodzica. Wierzę, że nawet najmniejszy krok naprzód ma znaczenie i prowadzi do dużych zmian.

I am a teacher and methodological advisor who has been supporting teaching staff for years. I inspire, motivate, and share practical solutions, drawing on my experience, studies at the University of Warsaw, and numerous specialized courses. I conduct workshops and training sessions that help teachers develop their skills and enrich their daily work. I specialize in Glottodidactics and Children's Mathematics methods. I also share my knowledge in original articles published in pedagogical journals. I value good communication and collaboration, which allow me to easily build relationships and effectively support others in their professional development.

I'm a University of Warsaw English Studies graduate, a teacher, literary translator, and social skills trainer for children. Every day, I strive to give our children a superpower that will open all doors for them in the future and grant them complete freedom to choose their own path. Knowledge of foreign languages will boost their self-confidence and allow them to enter a world that, thanks to them, can become a better place.
