Experts of one of the pizzerias in Warsaw decided to reveal the secrets of Italian cuisine for our children. Thanks to this, we were able to visit the nooks and crannies of the workshop of qualified pizzermen. We learned what a professional pizza oven should look like, and what wood works best. We got to know the interesting story of Princess Margarita and the origins of the colors of the Italian flag. We tried to decipher the origin of various ingredients from the menu, and willing people could play the role of waiters.
The highlight of the tour, however, was the professional pizza preparation show. The cook presented the basics of choosing a cake and tomato sauce. Then the preschoolers decided together what ingredients would be used. Mushrooms, ham and pineapple were the most popular
After baking, the still hot and steaming pizza was assessed by our preschool tasters. The result was unanimous: it is the most delicious pizza ever served! J.
